Where do I find the access key to a Guild Wars trial account?

I downloaded the client and created an NCsoft account, but now the games asking for an access key. I know I have one because under accounts it shows a key, but only the last five digits are actually shown. I haven't received an email or anything that tells me what my key is. Can anyone help me?Where do I find the access key to a Guild Wars trial account?
Make sure you have completed the following steps first:



Please log into NCsoft Account Management and follow the instructions below.



1. In the NCsoft Account Management page, click on the Use a Serial Code link.

2. Enter your serial code or access key in the fields provided. You do not need to enter any spaces or dashes.

3. Click the Continue button.

4. Next, choose your game account name.

* If you want the game account name to be different from your NCsoft master account name, complete the information under option 1 and click the Create Game Account button.

* If you want the game account name to match your NCsoft master account name, click the Create Game Account button under option 2.



After completing these steps, you should receive a message letting you know that your account has been queued for activation. Once that activation is processed, you will receive an e-mail letting you know. After you receive that e-mail, you can log into the game and begin playing.
